Receipt printer is cutting the receipt in half

In some cases cut bill command may cut receipt in half or cut several lines from end. In this case the best way is to go to Control Panel – Printers. Locate your printer. Right-click. Press Properties. And try to change print cutting parameters. It would be a good idea to update your driver's drivers.

Alternatively you may use the following quick solution:

1. Go to menu Configuration - Bill Configuration – Template.
2. And add several empty lines.
3. On the last line you may put minus or dot:

Thus the final lines will look like:

Delivery address:
<address>

<payment>
